COVID and Masking Policy

At Exchange Place Eye Associates, the health and safety of our staff and patients is our top priority. We are committed to doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure a safe environment for everyone.

As a healthcare office that often serves a vulnerable population, we continue to require patient masking in our office. We ask that all patients wear a mask when entering our office and throughout their visit. However, during certain portions of the examination, we may ask patients to temporarily lower their mask to facilitate certain measurements. Please be assured that our staff will continue to mask during any close contact with patients. We have also installed air purifiers in every room of our office to help mitigate the spread of airborne particles.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you stay home and reschedule your appointment. Please reach out to your primary care physician or internist for guidance on the appropriate next steps. We kindly request that you inform us of any changes to your health status, recent travel, or exposure to individuals with COVID-19 prior to your visit to our office.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work together to navigate this challenging time. If you have any questions or concerns about our COVID policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
